Orrin started in the OCS industry in 1973. During his 48 years in the coffee and pantry business, he has managed small and large branches, has been an independent operator and, most recently, was the Regional Director of the largest national OCS company. Orrin’s operational expertise enabled him to grow the Chicago OCS business into one of the most successful branches in the country.
Orrin became the OCS expert and consulted with others across the country to help them improve their operations. He has been involved in over a dozen mergers and acquisitions in his career, from both sides of the transaction.
Currently, Orrin is using his leadership skills and vast experience to assist others in improving their current business for continued success or to maximize their ability to sell in the future.

Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
Gary has an extensive background of forty years in the vending and refreshment service industry and brings a wealth of industry knowledge. He is a graduate of Aurora University with degrees in business administration and economics. After college, he bought a small vending company and transformed it into a regionally recognized food service company. While operating the vending business Gary developed a separate OCS company. Using his marketing insight and acquisitions the company evolved into one of the premiere OCS companies in the regional market.
His personal experience of owning his own business and working in the consulting business greatly assists with his ability to effectively support clients. Gary’s mission is to help others improve their businesses by navigating them through the transaction process.

John established Consolidated Services Group in 1987 with a single focus on coffee and has transformed the business into a national enterprise, offering a variety of products and business services to the refreshment industry. With more than thirty years of entrepreneurial experience and involvement with many successful business ventures, John possesses great knowledge of the business transaction process.
He has his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Merrimack College and took advanced courses in cost accounting and business finance.
John started his own refreshment service business in 1985 and operated for 25 years. His entrepreneurial experience and understanding of business finance leverage his ability to effectively advise others.

Trinity Transaction Services CFO
Donna has worked as the CPA for Consolidated Services Group for 14 years. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business, she is very knowledgeable of accounting laws, technology, and practices.
Her diverse background of teaching accounting at the college level, owning her own financial consulting and bookkeeping business, and working as a finance manager for a nonprofit organization has greatly attributed to her ability to advise clients.
Donna is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
